Our Approach

  • We come to the coaching relationship believing that:

    • Courageous leaders ask for help.

    • How you tend to your inner work has a direct impact on your organization (the people, culture and outcomes).  

    • You have inherent wisdom and leading with authenticity is essential for transformational leadership.

    • We all have things to learn and unlearn.

  • Our coaching is always personalized based on the goals you have.  We often work with leaders to:

    • Explore your Higher Purpose

    • Identify and practice your Values

    • Determine your holistic definition of success

    • Intentionally design your life for deeper fulfillment and meaning

    • Embrace your fears and determine your path to peace

    • Learn to hear your inner voice and trust its wisdom

    • Learn somatic practices that facilitate personal growth and healing

  • Our coaching process starts with an introductory session to discuss your needs and a personalized coaching plan is then designed. The customized coaching plan includes weekly, biweekly or monthly sessions, usually for three to six months, that are often inclusive of unlearning inherited or conditioned leadership habits that aren’t working for you and learning new practices for holistic well being and conscious leadership. You may receive invitations to the Conscious Leadership Community gatherings that align with your needs and referrals to other resources in our conscious community to enhance the support you need to fulfill your desires.
