Program Description:

Join us for a transformative day-long experiential workshop, "Meet the Moment: Equine Leadership Experience" designed to help you discover your true self and cultivate the awareness necessary to meet the moment and lead from a heart-centered space in all areas of your life.

In this workshop, we will focus on embracing the present moment and recognizing its power in shaping our leadership journey. Through the practice of Gestalt, a somatic approach that anchors us in the now, you will explore how to meet each moment with authenticity and intention. Our intuitive guides—horses—will facilitate this journey, helping you gain the clarity needed to break free from feelings of being stuck and to unlock your true potential.

As we engage with the horses, you'll learn how to reconnect with your core values, open your heart, and step confidently into the life you were meant to lead. This experience will empower you to fully embrace each moment as it comes, enhancing your ability to navigate challenges and opportunities with grace and authenticity.

No prior horse experience is necessary to participate. We will not be riding horses in this experience.

Lunch: We will enjoy a catered lunch together at the farm.

Accommodations: Overnight stay options are available in charming Newburyport, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in this enriching experience.

Facilitator

Kelly Dukarski  Founder: A Wild Omen

As an Equine Gestaltist, Kelly believes that the horse-human connection is a vital way of living, as well as healing. She is a lifelong horsewoman, practicing herbalist and dedicated horticulturist, with a deep understanding of how nature is a reflection of our innermost yearning to connect.

Steeped in knowledge gained from over three decades of practicing a natural approach to horsemanship, Kelly combines her connection with horses together with the healing power of Equine Gestalt and the restorative beauty of herbal self care, to deepen your connection to all things Wild and Wise. Through this connection you are able to gain clarity around your values, heal from past wounds and re-discover the beauty of who you are.

She is dedicated to shining a light on the healing capacity of horses and helping others to embrace the wild beauty of life.
